The Arthur Smith Foundation is a non-profit organization with 501(c)3 status.

MISSION: To raise money for marine conservation and maritime revitalization.

VISION: Operate sportfishing tournaments to fund projects in association with the Department of Natural Resources and Maritime Association; Provide large economic impact on the City of Charleston.
